Precautions when using color coated panels
1. The color coated board should be installed with fixings and fixed to the purlin with self-tapping screws, and there should be fixings on each purlin.
2. Place a piece of color coated plate on the fixing piece, then press it against the bottom groove of the center rib and inner rib of each fixing piece to make it fully engaged.
3. Steel pipe x 3M scaffolding is used to set up 2 x 4m long pipes, with 4 wheels on each scaffolding for ease of advancement.
4. Color-coated panels should be installed on the inner layer of the roof first.
5. According to the technical requirements, each crest is fixed with 30mm long special self-tapping screws, and the nut color is the same as the color plate color.
6. Lay insulating cotton and seal the insulating cotton joints with special tape.
